Cameron Norrie achieved the most notable victory of his professional journey by rebounding from a set down to overcome world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz with a stunning comeback in the second round of the Paris Masters.

While he had previously beaten Alcaraz on two prior meetings, this win represents Norrie's initial win over a reigning world number one.
